Day # 2

the other day, i said, im gonna have to re-learn how i did it last summer. guess what? i didnt follow it. i got so excited that after stepping off the driveway, i just ran towards Overlook Dr.
that scared me. why? coz upon nearing Overlook, i felt that bad feeling again when the air is chilly and my mouth and throat are dry. i started to feel that i was gonna choke. i had to gasp for air coz i felt like throwing up but then that feeling that if you threw up, you'll be spitting out blood (eeky right? but thats how i imagined myself having).
so i stopped for like two minutes to breath. to get more oxygen, to make my throat less dry since i dont have bottled water with me (who would want to bring bottled water when ure near your place?), and feel that my thighs have the burning sensation. haha! now im really re-learning. after that i just did my brisk walking and jogging along Overlook and Ravenview. i walk when its uphill and when i know that the house im passing thru has dogs. i jog when its downhill and flat. after around 45 minutes, i came home, feeling bummed a bit. i didnt perspire as much as the last time. it makes you feel bad about yourself for not accomplishing much, plus cold air also gave me a runny nose (eep!)
