I Think I Need Something

for some unknown reason, i have been pretty stern with my phone calls today. i am nice when it is to entertain something worth entertaining, but for example:
(1) when i have to call back an insurance company because they messed up the dosage of a -script.
(2) when a mom is adamant that i call in a steroid cream for her son when no doc has seen that "ringworm" yet
sigh! cant i have better phone calls?
