Stupid Lines In Real Life (?)

cant believe i never posted this thing last time. its been finished since forever and hanging around my drafts page?!? anyway, here's just one little thing that happened in life that is all too normal yet... not exciting!

I went to the local mall yesterday to shop a bit, then they also have a branch there of Ritz Camera. great! i got excited coz ive been in dire need to spit out the pictures in my camera phone. one look at the Kodak machine, great! this is all I need!!!

the prob with my phone is that it uses the Infrared tech still, so i cant upload it through my computer nor is it easy to look for a machine that will support this a little backward capability.

touch screen. touch screen. "store in CD", "put all files in a CD", files page has 127 pictures by people i dont know. "Start Over", "store in CD", "select files to put on CD", 5 pages of pictures with other peoples pictures. (thinking: i dont want to put their pictures on my CD! how do i get rid of this?). "Start Over", "store in CD", "select files", (look for delete button), "deselect files not needed", (where's the storage button? argh!)

so i came looking for someone to help me. when i went in, i saw three people inside the store, and it was such a piss off that for 2 minutes, no one came out to help me out. then after 2 minutes, one of the guys asked what i needed.

Me: do you have an IR receiver for computer? infrared receiver.
Guy: maam, we are a printing shop, not a computer store. you should go to Radio Shack.
Me (thinking): shoot! yeah, why did i even mention that.
Me: well, my problem really is is that i wanted to store files in a CD by downloading the pictures from my phone. but it always appears that i'll be able to download the pictures that were previously stored there, so how will i do that?
Guy: we can't store pictures on CD, that machine only prints out.
Me: ok. (then i stormed out of the place)

there are 2 or 3 mistakes in what he said. first is with his approach to the customer. thank u for suggesting Radio Shack but that was a subtle way of saying, hey freak what are you asking me about?!? the thing about it is that when he heard about the word computer, (him thinking) "Oops! not us!". but the thing of it is that Ritz also sells SD's, CD's, and USB cables/ connectors. so tell me, was i still wrong in asking that?

now the biggest bastardization to this guy. when he told me that "we can't store pictures on CD", that is the biggest lie and poor Kodak will be mad at him. u see when i entered Ritz, the first thing that i see is the Kodak machine that as the IrDa. now, on top of the Kodak Machine is a stack of blank Kodak Picture CD's ready to be used for the customer!!! bastard doesnt know what he's saying!!!

plus, instead of telling me about Radio Shack, would you just look on the friggin machine and solve the problem? coz i dont want to store nor print out (as he was saying), all other peoples pictures. i dont need their freaking pictures, i just fucking need mine! but no, he was proud that he was in Ritz and didnt know how things work inside this store. that was such a fucking insane thing.

okay, so i still went to Radio Shack after i stormed out. but i was so glad that even though they didnt have the IrDa, i was still given attention by the sales people there. the cashier lady didnt have a clue what i was saying, so she checked on the net. though still when i said the Infrared connector to the computer, she really was clueless on her search keywords. then she asked the other person there if he knows about it, and he said, no, we only have bluetooth. okay, thank you. and i was pretty happy with how they served me in that manner.

thing of it is, sales people should be courteous and ready to help, and should know their services.
