baked pasta experiment

slices of eggplant, layer of pasta, hotdog slices, and cheese. put on the oven for 10mins over 500 degrees, and it tastes good (rather it isnt bad at all). too much carbs though.
pair it with rolling rock. nice way to celebrate! (j/k! =p)
