#1 rebecca is dropping hints to alex about how she doesnt want to leave the hospital because of him. she is torn from being the rebecca before the accident and the rebecca while in the hospital after the fire. but alex was also trying to hide his feelings, thus pretends that he doesnt get what she's saying. he wants her to not abandon the father of her child, to not tray away from her responsibilities because of him. so he let it go, he let all his chances go, he left her torn and crying. he left her believeing that he doesnt have any feeling fo her also.
***lesson: just say what you want to say! especially when you love someone... just say it***

#2 preston goes to the waiting room to confront cristina. she says, yes i am ready. come on now. but the pain is there. preston feels that cristina is not ready and will never be ready to get married. cristina says, she thinks she is ready; but preston's deeply hurt already, so he tells cristina that he hopes she didnt even think that she was ready nor she didnt think she loves him, but she should have known that she is ready and that she knows that she loves him.
***lesson: when you love someone, do not think twice, just go for it. ***

#3 alex goes inside the wait room and tells the girls that he is leaving. izzie then asks alex if he saw george. of course, cali said george isnt there. he is trying to get his act together. then she goes saying about their plans to have a baby. yes! you go cali! go smack the bitches' butt there! hihihi! (i love katherine heigl but i just hate the season 3 izzie stevens who falls in love with george o malley)
