meatball sauce

so i made my version of the meatball sauce. a can of tomato sauce, sauteed in garlic. when it starts boiling, put a pinch of chili powder, then mix some crushed dried basil leaves. the brand of sauce i used was a bit watery, so i mixed half a tsp of cornstarch. then boil it much more until my desired temperature to mix a bit of mozzarella cheese. after a good boil, which made the cheese melt, i mixed the meatballs.

of course, who's the fan of my cooking? me! haha! aint that nice? but i tell you, i usually dont like what i experiment, but this is one of the best! or maybe because its the tomato sauce? still, i liked it.

and the good thing about a meatball meal with a tangy sauce? pairing it with a good movie and bumming out. and if i could've braved myself, maybe a bottle of beer will be a good thing to go with? haha! not good to drink alone.
